Save, borrow, and belong — once we are chartered to serve you
Federal Credits Union is organizing as a federally chartered, member-owned credit union. This site shares indicative product information and a way to start a conversation. We cannot accept deposits or close loans until the NCUA issues a charter and share insurance is in force.
Important: Federal Credits Union is organizing as a member-owned financial cooperative. Loan products, when offered, will require membership and underwriting approval. This website is not an offer to lend or a commitment to fund. NCUA charter is pending issuance — share insurance (up to $250,000) applies only when the credit union is federally insured. All rates are indicative as of August 2026 and subject to change. All loans denominated in USD.
Building a credit union for our field of membership
We are organizing Federal Credits Union as a member-owned cooperative. Product pages and calculators on this site are educational. Membership, deposits, and loan closings begin only after the NCUA issues a charter and federal share insurance is in force.

How pre-qualification works (no hard pull on this form)
This website form does not pull your credit. It collects basic details and opens a WhatsApp conversation with a specialist. A soft inquiry (if used later) does not typically affect credit scores the way a hard inquiry can. A hard inquiry may occur only if you authorize a formal credit application and underwriting—always disclosed before it happens. WhatsApp chat is not a credit decision or a commitment to lend.

Our planned headquarters is in Long Island City, New York. Service outside the approved field of membership is not available. All accounts and loans, when offered, will be denominated in USD.

What is DSCR?
Debt Service Coverage Ratio compares property income to the proposed loan payment. Many rental programs look for 1.0 or higher.
Try the DSCR calculator →Share certificates vs savings
Certificates lock a rate for a fixed term; high-yield savings stay more liquid. Laddering can blend both goals.
